Ristorante Pappardelle opened as a small family run restaurant back in November 1988. The owners come from just outside the town of Conegliano in the Veneto, N.E. Italy. In April of 2010 we opened the Osteria (emphasis on the ‘i’) on the ground floor. The restaurant is a traditional Italian Ristorante with waiter service at its 11 tables, open lunchtime and evening but closed on Sunday. Osteria Pappardelle on the other hand is more informal with long communal tables, open all day every day offering light meals, pastries, Illy coffee and a fully stocked bar with over 60 wines available by the glass; the kind of place to nip in for a ‘quickie’ or wander in and spend all afternoon.
